I was in the Daily Mail today regarding my Meghan Markle video…

How Meghan Markle’s ‘high-energy’ VOICE attracted ‘rebel’ Prince Harry according to a speaking coach (who says she’s the opposite of his Sloane Ranger ex-girlfriends)

  • Voice coach Jade Joddle, from London, says Meghan’s voice is ‘high energy’
  • Claims the Suits actress is the opposite of his ‘lackadaisical’ Sloane Ranger exes
  • Joddle also suggests the Queen will not like Meghan’s speaking style
  • Meghan is described as the opposite of ‘poised’ Duchess of Cambridge

A speech expert has revealed how it may have been Meghan Markle’s voice that first attracted Prince Harry.

Voice coach Jade Joddle, 31, from London, also suggests that the Queen may not approve of Meghan’s and Harry’s relationship – and much prefers the Duchess of Cambridge’s speaking style.

Jade has become a YouTube hit with her videos which analyse famous voices and her channels have amassed nearly 39 million views.

And Jade says we can all learn tricks to be more attractive like Meghan by improving your speaking style – using simple tips like connecting with your eyes and even eating certain foods.

Describing the possible future princess’ voice, Jade explains: ‘When Meghan speaks, she is super expressive. She wants to connect with her eyes and she conveys feelings through speech, tone and her face.

‘Through her overall speaking style, Meghan also comes across as sassy and fun. She speaks fast and with charisma, so she’s someone who captures your attention with her voice.

‘We enjoy watching people who speak like that and that’s probably what makes Meghan a successful actress.

‘Their faces are constantly drawing us in and showing us what they feel. People who speak like Meghan usually have a lot of social power and people want to know and be friends with them.

I did a really fun and funny interview with hosts Jay-Jay, Dom and Randell from New Zealand’s biggest breakfast radio show. We talk about what makes a seductive, sexy voice. Listen to a three minute clip of our chat by clicking the player below:

Here’s an article in The Daily Mail featuring my tips on what makes an attractive voice:

Can changing your VOICE help you find love? Expert says that adopting Kylie Jenner and Gigi Hadid’s husky tones will instantly make you more attractive (and reveals how to do it)

  • Jade Joddle says the secret of attractiveness could lie in changing your voice
  • Says stars like Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Holly Willoughby prove it
  • She shares tips and tutorials on how to speak in a sexier tone

With the new year in full swing, most of us are focused on losing weight or getting more toned up to bag a partner.

But speaking skills specialist, Jade Joddle, says the secret of attractiveness and confidence could lie in changing your voice.

She believes a great part of the prowess and allure of stars like Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Holly Willoughby, Victoria Beckham, Gigi Hadid and even Katie Price is their ability to seduce and charm with their vocal chords.

And Jade says we can all learn tricks to be more attractive and even change your face by improving your voice.

Jade, 31, from London, has become a YouTube hit with her videos, which instruct viewers on how to enhance their voice.

Her channels – which feature videos such as ‘How to Seduce with your voice like Kylie Jenner’ and ‘Secret to get a sexy, raspy voice’ – have amassed over 33 million views.

Jade – who has 560,000 subscribers across her two channels – explains: ‘Changing your voice can be as effective as losing weight or getting a makeover.

‘My motto is change your voice, change your life. My clients come to me for all sorts of reasons like feeling unhappy in themselves, lacking confidence or wanting to further their lives.

‘I’ve seen how making improvements to your voice can transform a person’s life and make them more attractive to others.

OBSERVE YOURSELF: Get to know your own voice and hear it. You can become your own voice coach by observing vocal ticks that you have which aren’t flattering e.g. clicking, wet noises. It may also be the case that you use certain words too often which can be annoying. Observe and make subtle changes.

FILM YOURSELF: Often people don’t like watching themselves on a video or listening to an audio recording of themselves because they hate the sound of their voice. But it’s important to face up to these fears. Film yourself speaking and then watch the video back to see how you look when you’re speaking naturally and improve. (DO NOT just talk in the mirror and observe because you are able to see how you look when you speak in real time and change instantly)

CONSIDER CHANGING YOUR PITCH: Consider making your pitch high or low – both have their advantages. A high pitch can (e.g. Victoria Beckham and Holly Willoughby) sound feminine and ladylike. Jade observes how Victoria Beckham has changed the pitch and become more soft-spoken over the years to reflect her more refined brand. But a relatively low pitch (e.g. Cara Delevingne and Gigi Hadid) can sound dominant, fiesty and sassy. It lends to these models’ attractiveness. Try a few different pitches to work out your best voice but do not go over a certain frequency as it can sound baby-like.

BREATHE: Make sure you breathe properly before you speak so you don’t run out of air and sound nervy. This is a common mistake people make when talking.

GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO BE EXPRESSIVE: Don’t be scared to let your personality shine through your voice. Pick tips from other people who hold attention when they speak. For example, Cara Delevingne constantly changes her tone as if her voice is walking up or down a flight of stairs when she is telling a story. Even Katie Price employs high variance in tones which gives her voice a gripping quality and makes you want to listen.
